At Community Secondary School Neke in Enugu State, Nigeria, a spelling bee competition was held on October 7, 2022, to commemorate World Literacy Day. There were 8 students who took part in the competition. As we saw the youngsters breeze over 120 challenging words, four students from the competition received four full-year academic scholarships, school bags, and school sandals, while four pupils received a consolation gift of school uniforms.

Students’ confidence was boosted as a result of this, along with their capacity for growth, resilience, and self-belief.
16 pupils from various sections who excelled in STEAM courses received full-year academic scholarships, school bags, school uniforms, and school sandals.
